Full description of the position

Main Duties /Areas of Responsibility:

Reservation Sales 31 hours Reservations Shift + 3 hours follow up

• Manage all aspects of the reservation process from booking the reservation through check out and guest retention and feedback.
• Provide high level, five-star guest services starting with the first interaction with a guest.
• Execute sales shifts according to schedule and field all sales efforts including soliciting, managing and closing leads.
• Manage incoming leads and communication in TRACK in a timely manner - same day whenever possible.
• Manage all payments, contracts and documents in the reservation process.
• Promote, offer and be aware of concierge services for owner and guest reservations. Communicate guest and owner requests to the concierge team.

Payments and Bills - 5 hours per week

• Process mailed payments and bills related to reservations.
• Coordinate checking mail with Admin Support Team Members (support from concierge when needed).
• Oversee guest compliance in regard to balances due.

Onboarding - As needed

• Support the property onboarding process as assigned.
• Support staging of properties for photos using company standards and instructions. Coordinate with team members to manage staging as schedules allow.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, Shifts vary 8am – 6pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $74,000.00 per year
