Dreamstyle Remodeling’s Design Build division specializes in designing and building custom modern, upscale, energy-efficient, residential kitchens, bathrooms, room additions and more. Business is great and we seek a talented Sales Professional to grow with us.

The successful candidate is an outgoing, high-energy, successful sales professional with an understanding of all phases of the residential design build process, from conception to completion & celebration. You love working with people and are equally good at independent work and Team work. You are definitely detail oriented, and savor the opportunity to collaborate with others.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Work with customer in designing kitchens, bathrooms, and additions.
• Clearly explain processes and timelines to customers
• Ensure all design concepts are in line with building codes
• Collaborate with Project Managers for Construction input
• Work with customers to establish approved budgets
• Assist customers with project financing, coordinating with our financing department when desired

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years experience selling residential kitchens, baths, room additions, etc
• Passion for delivering high levels of customer service
• Build to Suit and/or Client design experience
• Proven professional with demonstrated sales success strong references
• Industry knowledge of products & materials used in residential designs (i.e.: plumbing fixtures, appliances, cabinetry, tile, lighting, etc.)
• Attention to detail is vital
• Energetic, with a strong work ethic, self-directing, responsible and a solution seeker who works well with a Team of like-minded people
