Kelley Construction is looking to add experienced Sales Professionals to our team in Central Illinois. Direct to consumer sales is the fastest growing sector of our team, and this is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to advance their career.

Our office is located in Pekin, IL, with an experienced staff present to help guide newcomers and work with our customers in order to ensure a comfortable process while answering their questions.
Former athletes, military, customer service, and sales reps will excel in this position.

We offer guaranteed income plus unlimited commission earning potential

Experience is preferred, but not required. Attitude is everything for this position, and we offer paid training. This position requires in-home presentations, ladder use, roof navigation, roof, and attic inspections.

Responsibilities include:
Relationship building with customers to encourage repeat clients
Punctuality and professionalism representing our company
Meeting potential clients in door-to-door settings, canvassing, and other business-to-business relationships
Timely response to all company leads and customers

Required Qualifications:
Great positive attitude
Valid Driver's License
Experience in roofing or construction sales a plus but not mandatory
Customer service skills
Self-starter who takes action to achieve quarterly goals
Able to climb a ladder, walk on roofs, and lift 40 lbs.

Starting pay is commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days of employment including medical and dental.

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
