Responsibilities

• Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
• Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
• Follow-up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (ie, phone, walk-ins, internet, etc.)
• Work with New & Used Car Sales Manager(s) to ensure customer match
• Provide the best customer service in the industry

Requirements

• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Excellent follow-through
• Solid working knowledge of the Internet
