We are looking for self-motivated individuals aiming for High Commissions with advancement opportunities! No experience is required for this position as we provide in depth training as part of the job. All we ask is that you show up seeking growth in the company and have the grit to develop into those roles as fast as possible. Luckily, we're growing too fast and need more leaders!

• Our average commission earned is approximately $2000 per sale from a generated lead. This is paid out at $500 per upfront before install with the full remainder after install (our average install time is 45 days).
• If sales requirements are met over a 2 week period and still no sale is made, we will then retroactively pay $20/hr ($1200) or $35/hr ($2100) for the previous 2 weeks of work.

What is Expected of You:

• Outside sales is the primary function of this job position
• Help homeowners save money by presenting solar savings
• Residential canvassing
• Attend team building competitions and activities
• Have reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
