Job Description
Kingline Equipment is accepting resumes for a sales person at our Nashville Georgia location. We represent top tier manufacturers providing an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. The focus of this position would be selling a variety of commercial and consumer products including agriculture tractors, construction equipment, lawn and garden tools and implements. Must be a self-starter with an outgoing, friendly personality and have the ability to generate goodwill outside the company and within. A positive 'can-do' attitude is a must.
- Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment offered for sale by the dealership. Is familiar with machinery operations and instruct customers as necessary.
- Independently manages the sales process for each sales opportunity.
- Conducts field demos and events.
- Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
- Manages customer education and delivery of equipment sold.
- Maintains the new and used equipment lot, the indoor display area, keeps display voids filled with replacement products, keeps indoor displays clean and neat with proper product information readily available to the customer.
- Will handle and help all customers when in the store.
- Monitors competitive activity and products, reporting to management, accordingly.
- Maintains all customer information for sales management.
- Knows and follows a defined sales process.
- Responds to online leads and follow up
- Monitors trends in consumer activity reporting to management accordingly.
- Maintains current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes
- Attends ongoing training as required by Kingline Equipment.
Job Requirements:
- At least three years of experience and knowledge of agricultural and construction equipment.
- Knowledge of social media and responding to online leads
- Ability to use standard desktop applications.
- Ability to learn industry specific computer programs and applications.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours.
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Exposed to a variety of working conditions including; inside, outside, shop area, warehouse.
- Must be able to sit and work on a computer.
- Must be able to bend, twist, lift, etc. in order to demonstrate various parts of the equipment as needed.
- Must be able to stand for periods of time at expos, demonstrations, etc.
- Must be flexible regarding schedules and willing to work additional hours when the season demands it.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
