Job Summary

Four location, Hampton’s based Marina currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to provide support to our sales Staff and marketing departments. Full-time, Year-round position in an expanding business with room for growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Social media management. Work with the sales staff to brainstorm, create, and maintain social media (Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, etc.) on a daily basis. Includes communicating with followers in a timely manner.

· Web site management. Work with our marketing company to make timely and pertinent updates to our company website.

· Event Coordination. Work with the sales staff to brainstorm and implement seasonal events based around on-water experiences. Includes support and administrative tasks for our major boat shows.

· Work with our marketing company to create and implement new advertising strategies and solutions. Includes camera and drone work.

· Administrative support. Includes Answering phones, entering and updating New and Used boat listings, ordering point of sale materials and apparel

· Sales staff support. Includes setting up new boat deliveries and post delivery follow up with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Administrative experience
• Social Media experience
• Computer proficiency
• Customer service experience a plus
• Communication, organizational, and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
