Full description of the position

CT Private Client Group is looking to hire highly motivated investment sales associates to add to our growing team. Whether old or new to the commercial real estate industry, we will provide training and direct mentorship for our new associates.

Responsibilities:

-Business Development through databasing, cold calling, and getting out in the field

-Valuation for commercial real estate assets, financial valuation, marketing

-Manage calendar and meeting appointments/ property tours

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree

-Real Estate License in the State of CT (or willingness to acquire)

-Strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial drive

Job Type: Full-time; Hybrid Remote

Pay: $45,000-$60,000 per year; Commission Based

Monday to Friday
