The Amish Furniture Group is one of the largest dealers of handmade hardwood furniture in Florida. We are seeking a self-motivated, driven, positive, and determined professional for our Ocala location. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing furniture business that values its people and their success.

In this role, you will assess the needs of our customers and work closely to help them select the finest and most durable furniture for their homes and provide the high-end service that our customers have come to expect. You will own the entire sales process from point of sale to delivery.

This is a full-time position in a fast-paced retail environment that requires multi-tasking, organization, sales skills, and a passion for helping people. Our stores are business casual and open Monday-Saturday from 9-5.

Overtime may be required during peak seasons.

Qualifications:

• Some sales experience is desirable, preferably in a B2C (business to consumer) setting. Furniture experience is ideal, but not required.
• Experience resolving complex issues without involving management. Provide exceptional customer service to grow a solid client base.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, solid work history with a reputation for being punctual and reliable.
• Professional appearance and the ability to work well in autonomous environments.
• Strong communication skills in person and over the phone: you will educate the customers on the benefits of purchasing hardwood furniture.
• Ability to occasionally lift 25-50#, maintain the showroom, and assist with merchandising the sales floor.
• Able to learn and navigate our sales software, we will train on this, but you should be somewhat computer savvy.

Compensation will be discussed in the interview but does include:

Base Pay (Bi-weekly)
