Established, local Insurance Agency is seeking a self-motivated energetic individual to sell Business and Life Insurance to business owners. Great compensation is directly tied to production. Leads provided and pipeline building support. One year of insurance sales experience is required along with Life, Property, and Casualty licenses. Base, Benefits, plus Bonuses and commissions.

Support sales goals of the agency or specialist department as communicated by the agent to meet long-term and short-term goals for agency growth. This includes new business, cross-sell opportunities, and customer service, retention and profit goals.

Solicits and writes new business for his/her specialist department

Coordinates with the agent and/or operations manager to provide assistance in determining proper coverage

Provides underwriting and rate for new accounts

Maintains knowledge of new products and initiatives. Pursues a program for development of personal and business skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
