- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
- Quickly respond to internet leads creating sales quotes for customers/ scheduling test drives and creating relationships with customers to secure sales.
- Updating the website with new inventory and pricing, and monthly specials.
- Managing the dealership's presence on social media platforms be creative and innovative.
- Keep daily customer log of all salesperson’s customers in a detailed customer record for future sales opportunities.
- Responsible for overseeing our online surveys and ratings. Help improve them and delete negative surveys that are libel.
- Responsible for coming up with plans to increase lead traffic and reviewing the sources of our lead traffic. What creates leads what’s trending etc.
- Provide a monthly report of all leads sold, walk ins, and lost opportunities. And meet with your GM to go over it.
- Daily cleaning of the showroom you are to help out with all morning cleaning activities.
- Complete all Subaru training as needed.
- Help the salespersons around the lot and showroom as a team whenever needed.
- Update the employee wall photos as needed and website.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
