Full description of the position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Oversee the sales and marketing department

· Create KPI’s for performance

· Supervise development and implementation of sales, marketing and branding strategies

· Review negotiated contracts with sales managers

· Research and analyze the current market and identify potential markets and opportunities

· Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions

· Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities

· Oversee preparation of sales and marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.

· Collaborate with sales representatives, customer service, production, and quality to resolve issues and performance quality.

· Supervise activities related to account strategy that leading to year-to-year revenue growth.

· Generate and review monthly sales reports with the president

Qualifications and requirements

· Extensive experience in marketing, sales, or business administration

· Excellent verbal, written and executive level presentation skills

· Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills

Experience

· 5+ years’ experience in a similar role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,797.94 - $103,604.11 per year
