High Volume Store - New & Used Inventory

$20/hr. Training Pay + $2500 Signing Bonus.

After 30 day training period, pay is based on a highly competitive commission structure plus ramp up bonuses

High earning potential can exceed $100,000 per year.

This is a full-time position

Job Responsibilities include:

• Business Casual dress code
• Must be available to work weekends
• Welcoming customers every day
• Making/Answering phone calls
• Following up with customers to
• Be knowledgeable about the product line and incoming inventory.
• Communicating effectively both in-person and over the phone to discover the customer's wants and needs.
• Helping customers select a vehicle
• Negotiating and finishing the transaction

Candidates with experience in any of these fields can succeed as an Automotive Sales Consultant:

Retail commission sales, inside sales, membership sales or product service sales such as internet access or mobile phones. Consultative sales, recruiter, counselors, advisors, coaches, teachers, fundraising and public relations.
