JOB DUTIES

• assist sophisticated customers in our upscale garden center
• design and plant container gardens
• create and maintain displays
• groom and maintain plants

SKILLS NECESSARY for SUCCESS

• able to work independently and as a team
• excellent communication and customer service skills
• knowledge of horticulture, garden plants and design trends
• able to work outside in all weather
• able to lift 75 pounds, be on your feet all day
• enjoy a base + commission pay structure
• positive attitude towards sales and customer service
• able to work in fast paced environment
• attention to details
• available to work Saturdays and some Sundays
