Textile Graphics is seeking a Full Time Sales Administrative Assistant to provide general office and specialized sales support to the Executive Team. This role will facilitate a team approach to provide excellent service to our customers.

Duties Include: General Office such as greeting customers, receiving inbound calls, mail processing and filing. Sales Assistance such as preparing quotes, tracking inventory, order flow duties, data entry, cold calls, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining social media accounts. Order flow duties may include input orders into sales database and process paperwork, work with Production to track order movement, alert Sales Team and customers when order has been completed.

May be assigned additional duties by Management.

Necessary Skills: Computer Literacy. Familiarity with sales database programs, Constant Contact, social media and Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, friendly demeanor with a professional presence, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Day Shift 8-4:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
