Our Product Leadership Training Programhas graduated several Associates into our Sales Leadership Management Team most earning over $150k/annually. Serra Toyota Bham- Serra Mazda- Serra Toyota of Decatur ONLY promotes from within & is serious about training you in Automotive Product Sales with the goal of you joining the Sales Leadership Management Team.
