Office H2O is seeking a Business Development Representative/Appointment Setter for the Cleveland office.

BDR/Appointment Setter:

Our BDR/Appointment Setters will help us build a strong customer base and earn new business by effectively securing appointments by phone for our sales team with prospective customers in Cleveland and the surrounding area.

Job Responsibilities:

· Engage business prospects by phone to set a 20-minute meeting for the sales team.

· Actively present our company and products to new businesses.

· 80+ outbound dials per day.

· Call from company provided lists, as well as prospects given by sales team.

· Creatively seek other avenues for prospecting.

· Set two appointments per day.

· Update CRM accurately and in a timely manner.

Essential Requirements:

· Work from the office Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

· Reliable transportation to and from work.

· Comfortable working alone while being a good teammate.

· Self-starter with solid phone prospecting skills.

· Energetic, Tenacious and Commission-Driven.

· Avid Communicator.

· Activity Minded, and good Time Management Skills.

· Computer Skills required.

· Outbound Call Center experience is preferred.

· Appointment Setting experience is preferred.

Comprehensive Compensation Package Includes:

· Pay range based upon experience ($40-$60K).

· Monthly commission.

· Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses based upon performance.
