Dyenomite Apparel is a one-of-a-kind company! We create and manufacture quality, unique tie-dyed apparel that meets both the fashion and economic needs of our customers. Our apparel is hand-made right here in central Ohio, and can be seen in action at camps, universities, across social media and even on the runway.

JOB SUMMARY:

Dyenomite Apparel is looking for a reliable and dependable individual that is passionate about providing direct sales accounts with administrative assistance, to join our team. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providing the Account Manager with transactional assistance of orders and sales activity.
Additionally, the Sales Support Specialist must be able to build relationships with Dyenomite customers and manage multiple activities at a time and be organized to track and report on the status of transactions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on an assigned product or service.
• Provides administrative and logistical support to the sales team
• Generates reports on sales targets, activity, and other related metrics
• Coordinates customer and prospect meetings and events
• Prepares presentation materials and exhibits
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
• Addresses inquiries and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers to promote a positive Company image.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while delivering quality results and meeting deadlines required.
• Able to work under general supervision and make independent decisions within guidelines required.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization
• Performs other related duties as assigned including but not limited to order processing/entry, record keeping, response to customer inquiries and RFP.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 5 years of experience
• Customer service experience required.
• Some experience with the product or service to which the specialist will be assigned preferred.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented
• SAP experience preferred

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

This is a full-time non-supervisory position. The hours of work are contingent on the shift and the workdays are Monday through Friday. Any instance where the employee is going to be late, or needs to call off work, the employee is to notify and be approved by either the direct manager or HR, in advance if possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
