Customer Service Associate / Office Assistant (Wixom)

ASG AUTO SPORTS is seeking a talented, motivated full-time Customer Service Associate to join us for an immediate opening.

Responsibilities:

· Responding to customer inquiries regarding orders, billings and technical issues via phone, email, live web chat.

· Contacting customers to clarify request, ensuring all necessary information is included and may route requests to the appropriate department;

· Taking care of walk-in customers orders and phone orders;

· Performing book keeping, data entries and label printing;

· Providing clerical and administrative support independently to ensure a smooth operation;

· Keeping a clean and professional environment to ensure the office runs effectively;

· Be flexible and able to multitask;

Requirements:

· Proficient with MS office: outlook, word, excel;

· Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.

· Courteous phone etiquette, professional demeanor, effective problem solving skills and patience in handling questions and complains;

· At least 1-2 years customer service experience / inside sales in office setting; E-Commerce working experience preferred;

· Must be dependable, trustworthy, initiative, motivated, friendly, computer literate and quick learner with great attitude and working ethics;

· Know the working priority and how to effectively manage time;

· College degree preferred;

· Auto parts/vehicles knowledge is a plus;

· Online shopping/Amazon experience is big help;

· Students are welcome to apply.

· Photoshop skill is preferred but not required.
