Join us as we grow! The No-Bake Cookie Company manufactures cookies and sells to distributors, retailers and consumers via ecommerce. The Customer Service Associate oversees the daily flow of order fulfillment, demand planning, daily production orders, daily invoicing, and weekly and monthly inventory reconciliations. Critical tasks include ensuring sufficient supplies of inventory are maintained, mitigating out of stock risk, ensuring customers’ expectations are met while optimizing production costs. In addition to the daily and weekly activities, the Customer Service Associate leads and/or participates in strategic projects like budget planning, production strategy optimization and new product launches.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all order processing (wholesale, direct, ecommerce)
• Oversee daily production orders for cookie production.
• Oversee weekly/monthly purchasing of raw materials.
• Manage inventory allocations of raw materials and finished goods.
• Oversee the execution of direct sales and ecommerce sales.
• Monitor the demand plan performance throughout the month to provide detailed input to Sales management
• Facilitate monthly demand forecast aggregation, including consensus between functions and stakeholders.
• Establish trust and alignment with operations partners to the optimal production strategies across our cookie formats.

Knowledge & Skills:

· Experience with ERP systems.

· Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Proficiency with turning data into insight, proficiency with Excel pivot tables at a minimum.

· Excellent communication skills (oral, written) with significant ability to clearly present information to all levels of the organization as well as external partners

· Demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships across all functions while fostering a culture of collaboration

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

· Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills

· Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and function specific software.

Work Experience:
3+ years customer service or manufacturing planning experience

• Bachelor’s Degree is desired.
• Working knowledge of modern manufacturing, material flow and the ability to integrate those into the operation.
• Demonstrated understanding of financial systems and the key drivers within the manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication at all levels and execution.
• Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team-based organization
• Excellent organizational and people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
