We are seeking highly motivated, self-driven car enthusiasts with excellent people skills. As our sales consultant you will be responsible for greeting, demonstrating, and being personable to clients over the phone and in-person. Appointments are assigned to for virtual or in store showings. What We Offer:
- Monthly Draw (Guarantee Pay) + Commission + Bonus Pay. No CAP on Earnings!
- 5 day work weeks or 2 half days.
- 5 day PTO with Holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and carefully assessing their needs
- Demonstrate / Present product features, options, application, rarity, value, and benefits to prospects including optional warranty plans.
- Communicate clearly with meaningful, personable, and productive conversations through phone, text, and email.
- Take ownership in the leads and appointments assigned to you.
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business. Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively.
- Demonstrate vehicles by offering test drives to qualified prospects while following dealerships sales procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drive.
Qualifications

- Friendly, likable, and outgoing personality
- Strong and positive attitude is a must!
- Multitasking and organizational capabilities is a must!
- Quality customer service skills!
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Bi-Lingual a plus
