Texas Elite Solutions LLC is a Roofing and Construction Company looking for roofing sales experts to join our fast growing team and we are willing to pay for the experience! We specialize in the insurance claims/restoration process. Previous roofing sales experience is a must! This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has previous experience or is currently working for a roofing company that is not supporting your FULL potential. We have a proficient office staff that handles the entire process - Production, scheduling, supplements, permits etc. This is a lucrative career opportunity to earn unlimited income.

Your Responsibilities: Willing to Travel, Generate leads, Perform Inspections, Close Jobs, Turn jobs in, Collect/Turn in checks, Get paid.

Our Responsibilities: Once the job has been turned in, we order permits, order material, schedule crews, supplement the job, etc.

Texas Elite Solutions LLC provides all necessary professional marketing material. (Business cards, Yard signs, Door Hangers, Shirts, Hats, etc.) We can start most projects within a week and most roofs can be completed in 1-2 days. Salesman are paid on commission. Each commission is based on a profit % of each job - Starting out we pay our sales consultants 40% for the first 5-10 jobs. Once you have proven yourself capable we raise you to 50%. Once you hit $50,000 in personal profits we move you up to 55%. Any sales consultant that reaches a profit of $100,000 will be moved up to 60%. This pay scale is reset to 50% at the beginning of each year.
