Community minded insurance agency with a large focus on Commercial Insurance seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager.

Pay: $40,000-$70,000 + Benefits

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty License Required
• 3 years of Commerical Lines Experience Required
• Applied Epic Management System Experience - Preferred but not Required

Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned Book of Business
• Work with Producer on both marketing of new accounts as well as marketing strategy of renewal accounts.
• Handle all stages of the renewal process.
• Handle all client service requests and get information to company in efficient time frame.
• Work on Cross sell opportunities on managed book of business.
• Become proficient in all company underwriting requirements and quoting systems.
• Perform daily activities to include completing submissions, change requests, preparing proposals, preparing schedules, binding coverage with carriers, claims, handling billing and invoicing questions, processing renewals, and attaching all documents in agency management system.
• Assist with billing issues
• Prepare policies for delivery as needed
