Swift Kennedy is recruiting a Employee Benefits Consultant for our Williamsport location. Swift Kennedy is a key resource for many businesses in the Mid-Atlantic region looking for quality/affordable health insurance for their employees. The ideal candidate will hold a PA Insurance License and have prior sales experience. This is a great opportunity to help business partners retain employees while reducing one of their largest expenses. Candidate should expect to onboard 4-6 new clients each month. Clients are serviced by a team of licensed Benefits Service Representatives and Account Managers. Some appointments provided, referrals and direct marketing.

Position offers a base pay, employer paid benefits, and competitive commission program.

Must have a PA Health Insurance License and 3 years experience selling to businesses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
