B2B Account Development Representative - Raw Food Product Industry

$45-55K Base Salary plus Bonus
Direct Hire "perm"
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

As a dynamic B2B Account Development Representative, you will be an integral part of the North American Sales team working in our Creative Business Unit in Orlando, FL, reporting to the Business Development Manager.

Grow business with winning relationships: with the client (Purchasing, R&D, R&I, Marketing, Procurement) at all levels while coordinating with internal teams (Development, Marketing, R&I Lab, Regulatory).
Lead Strategy: for the North American market across multiple categories while following all customer KPI's vs. targets and taking corrective actions if necessary. In addition, you will lead both proactive and reactive briefs to ensure we have winning Flavors and the product knowledge to be successful.
Impact the bottom line: with an innate passion for sales, you can leverage your brand and industry knowledge to develop and win new business. Identify customer's needs and support them in the success of the project.
Perform cold calls for prospective new accounts tied to corporate initiatives to generate sales and grow territory. (Follow up on leads)
Development and successful implementation of marketing programs within existing and new accounts.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor - Business Degree - Food engineering

Technical understanding of ingredients and flavors required.
B2B project development and selling experience - Min 2 Year Experience, 3 years or more preferred.
Previous experience in sales and technical experience in Business-to-Business Flavors, Natural Ingredients (not commodities), Food Compounds or Premixes, Natural Chemicals Industries a Huge Plus.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and proficient computer skills.
Professional demeanor and business acumen along with understanding of selling techniques and project development.
Demonstrate strong initiative, motivation, and discipline.
Ability to build trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate integrity.
