What is expected:

• Meet directly with homeowners and business owners to inspect and document any storm damage.
• Create estimates based on industry specific software, drone footage, and personal inspection of the roof.
• Ability to present and close restoration agreements.
• Follow up on leads and generate new ones.
• Ability to set up a ladder and walk a residential or business roof.
• Ability to pass an FAA Drone exam and achieve license. (Company paid for)

What you'll bring:

• Great communication skills
• Team player that is coachable and brings a positive attitude every day.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience, roofing experience, or similar work environment.
• Strong computer skills
• Comfortable working alone with little to no supervision.
• Valid Driver's License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
