Full description of the position

The Fisk Sales Manager is a key member within Fisk Tank Carrier team. The Sales Manager will focus on driving product awareness of our amazing product line to the propane industry through-out the US. The right candidate will have the ability to build and grow positive relationships with key individuals.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Identify and connect with key customers through-out the propane industry across the US.

· Plan and implements sales, marketing, and product development programs targeted toward existing and new markets.

· Responsible for the attainment of sales goals as well as any other strategic and tactical sales objectives initiated by the company.

· Work to establish a pipeline of qualified contacts and cultivate those relationships to develop future opportunities.

· Provide a high level of customer service regarding products, answering questions from representatives, and handling customer concerns.

· Interact and collaborate with engineering and operations departments to communicate solutions/opportunities and challenges observed.

Required Qualifications:

· 5+ years sales experience; preference to the propane industry

· Bachelors Degree (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience)

· Demonstrated successful sales productivity

· Proven ability to create and foster strong professional relationships

· Superior verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of management and across an organization

· Excellent presentation and organizational skills

· Previous experience using GlobalShop or other CRM software.

Travel:

· Travel expected 30-50%

· Travel by car will receive a monthly mileage reimbursement for sales functions.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
