Superior Fence & Rail is a fence industry leader that is currentlyseeking an experienced Fence Sales Consultant for immediate hire. This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. No cold calling - leads are supplied through partnerships with a national home improvement chain and multiple home builders and general contractors. Massive sales advantage on competitors.

Paid training for 6-8 weeks. Average compensation is $60K to $85K per year. Laptop provided after training period is completed. Vehicle provided between 30-60 days after the training period has been completed. The territory for this position is Richmond City so the ideal candidate should reside in or near Richmond.

Job Responsibilities:

● Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process and complete required training

● Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products to prospective customers

● Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up

● Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals

Minimum Requirements:

● MUST have 2 - 3 years of Prior outside sales experience

● 1 - 2 years in “In-Home” sales experience preferred

● College degree in related field preferred

● Ability to work some weekends and evenings

● Pass drug screening and background investigation (no felony convictions)

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

● Strong presentation and listening skills

● Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates and supervisors

● Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude

● Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic

● Basic computer skills and proficiency (preferably with Google G-Suite)

● Valid DL, clean driving record and reliable transportation

The Superior candidate will be polished and professional in demeanor and possess previous outside sales experience, strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, integrity, and a desire for high commission.
