Now Hiring - Business Development Consultant in New Orleans, LA

Kern Studios, located in the CBD/Warehouse District, is currently seeking a Business Development Consultant to ensure the company grows profitability by modifying, developing, and implementing new strategies to acquire new customers consistent with company directives and goals.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Responsible for generating new business leads by identifying target accounts and establishing relationships with owners/managers to obtain business.
• Perform written analysis of potential accounts to determine profitability to company.
• Requires timely written documentation of all opportunities to senior management.
• Identify competitive advantages and disadvantages.
• Modify or implement tools to identify sales and profit projections.
• Track progress of all acquired new business for sales and profitability.
• Modifying, creating and providing all necessary tools, brochures, documents and on-line resources necessary for new business selling and closing skills.
• Evaluate and update senior management with status quarterly on new business sales.
• Responsible for generating power point and visual presentations for potential accounts.

Requirements:

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Minimum 2 years experience in Business Development/Sales
• Willing to travel (short trips as needed)
• Must have valid DL
