Automotive Sales Consultant

Austin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking to hire an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in Austin MN.

Job Responsibilities

· Be the first point of contact for customers to communicate with about the dealership, available vehicles and other services offered

· Create appointments from leads via phone or email

· Educate customers on various makes and models in-house, including direct comparisons and upselling opportunities

· Accurately discuss pricing, add-ons, maintenance scheduling, and more

· Stay up to date on vehicle inventory

· Work with management to establish sales goals and measurables for performance related compensation

· Be enthusiastic about our dealership and help drive sales through quality interactions

· Assist management in other duties as needed

Job Qualifications

· Previous experience in a sales environment required

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Attention to detail and able to stay knowledgeable about a variety of vehicles

· Professional demeanor and appearance

· Positive, can-do attitude

· Driven to close the sale

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
