Floor Systems is looking for retail sales and design help. The inside sales associate sells carpet, resilient, tile, wood, laminate and other flooring products. The inside sales associate establishes relationships with customers by understanding customer needs, showing products, explaining product benefits, and explaining Floor Systems services that meet customer needs. The inside sales associate provides follow-up communication and service to customers. We're looking for someone with a sunny temperament, has the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and is comfortable interacting with the public. We'd like someone who is resourceful and willing to help our team. Computer, math, and communication skills are a must

This is a full time position and Saturdays are a must. Valid drivers license required. Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.

Schedule:

• Tuesday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
• Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm
• Off Sunday and Monday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
