Full description of the position

The Lead Sales Floor position is responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signage, accurate cash register operations and loss prevention in adherence to Goodwill-West Texas standards. Ensures an excellent customer experience throughout the sales floor and cash wrap. Works with Manager in supervising and providing training opportunities to employees.

• 6 months retail sales experience required
• High School/GED preferred
• Valid Texas driver’s license required
