The Process: As we go through the applicants, we will weed out the ones that don't stand out. A good salesman knows how to sell himself on paper and in person. If you are selected for Level 2, you will be sent a one-way video link so we can see you in person. If that goes well, you will be sent basic skills and personality assessment. The last part will be an in-person interview. We apologize if this seems a little excessive, but we want to make sure that all of our team members are successful, happy, and make a great living with us. :)

Job description

Bluewater Marine is looking for an few outstanding Boat Sales professionals. You must have boating experience with a genuine and undeniable passion for being on the water. To be considered, you will need strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a polished presence and personality. As with any sales position, the ability to manage customers' expectations as well as your time is key. A few other items that you will need to be successful are:

• comfortable with follow up
• strong computer skills
• fun spirit
• teachable personality

We are not looking for your typical high-pressure salesperson. We need a creative and fresh approach to the process. A passion for boating will be considered over sales experience.

This position has a base salary of $500.00 per week plus commission. Our sales staff make between $65,000 and $125,000 per year. Health insurance and paid time off are also included in the package.

Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Base pay is $500.00 per week plus commission.

The interview process. will be as follows:

• Lastly, you will have an in-person interview.
