Full description of the position

We are adding a qualified and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team selling Powersports manufacturer units and accessories. Must have customer service skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are a multi-location business with a focus on customer service. An excellent candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities:

· Staying knowledgeable about manufacturer units and accessories

· Completing training on manufacturer units and accessories

· Inform customers of the best unit for their needs

· Recommend related products to increase customers’ options

· Staying in contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction

· Providing customers with professional quotes and informing customers on financial options

· Promoting special sales, promotions, or coupons

Skills and Qualifications:

· Sales experience and exceptional customer service skills: 2 years

· Excellent communications skills

· Working knowledge of Powersports sales: 1 year

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Exceptional computer skills

· Experience in Powersports, Marine, and small engines a plus
