Seeking Showroom Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team!

Kitchen design trade, family-owned business, seeking highly motivated individual - willing to train candidate showing interest in learning our business.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Detailed oriented
• Explain products and services to customers
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
