Metal Supermarkets is the world's largest distributor of small quantity metals, with over 80 franchised stores operating in the USA, Canada and Europe. We supply a wide variety of metals to the construction and maintenance industry, machines shops, fabricators, manufacturers and hobbyists.

FUNCTIONS

The main objective of this position is to service the needs of the customer base that contact us by telephone, walk-ups, and email requests. Achieve sales/budget targets, which include attention to maintaining stock control, gross margins and managing cost budgets.

RESPONSIBILITY

Handle customer orders walk ups, telephone and email requests.

Provide information about the products and services.

Ability to manage workflow under tight deadlines.

Respond quickly to customers request and follow up on quotes.

Assist with marketing strategies, and achieve monthly sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in customer service ,sales or similar fields.

Computer literacy.

Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Friendly, positive and professional demeanor.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
