Verizon Wireless Manager in training:

We currently have openings for full-time Sales Associates. This is a career opportunity for a dedicated individual with highly developed people skills. We are looking for a candidate to develop into a Store Manager and help us grow into new markets. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the public, possess excellent verbal communication skills and be able to multi-task.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will engage customers in conversation and determine their wireless needs, providing solutions from our extensive line of Verizon products and services. This is not an order filling position, this is a sales revenue generating role. You will utilize proven sales methods to prospect, qualify and close sales while building customer relationships both in person and over the telephone via regular follow-up calls.

Your specific duties as a Retail Sales Associate will include:
•Consulting with customers in order to determine their wireless service needs and recommending the appropriate Verizon Wireless products and services
•Meeting and exceeding all performance goals and sales quotas on a consistent basis
•Identifying and acting upon opportunities to upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers in order to maximize transactions
•Handling all customer service issues in a timely and professional manner
•Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers
•Handling register receipts, including daily cashing-in/cashing-out
•Following up on customer leads, and promoting services on social websites
•Maintaining a clean and presentable-looking store

Job Requirements:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you must be self-motivated, energetic and aggressively driven to earn, with a commitment to creating the best possible experience for our customers. This will require that you display a positive and enthusiastic personality as well as an eagerness to learn all you can about our wide range of Verizon Wireless products. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with customers.

Compensation:

• Hourly + Commission (30,000-40,000/year)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $82,000.00 per year
