Here are the basic requirements:

• This is a 40+ hours per week job.
• Saturday work is required. We are closed Sundays.
• Eller & Owens is a smoke free workplace.
• Computer proficiency is a must.
• A diligent work ethic is necessary. Anything above minimum pay will not be reached without hard work.
• Must be a team player.
• Some college is a benefit. High School diploma is required.

Job duties primarily consist of, but are not limited to:

• Greeting and working with client's to help them make their dream home come true.
• A variety of paperwork and computer oriented tasks related to sale processing and follow up.
• Prospecting and client follow up tasks.
• Whatever is takes to get the job done. This is a family owned business. There is no such thing as that's not my job. A variety of tasks may be required including vacuuming, dusting, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
