Sales Assistant

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Assistant, to support and help in developing our in-home sales. This is a full-time position paid hourly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in daily duties
• Work closely with Sales Designers to coordinate schedules and appointments
• Help to facilitate training in both one-on-one and group settings
• Results-driven toward goal achievement

Requirements:

• 1 Year minimum in a sales assistant or personal assistant capacity
• Commitment to follow our proven, successful sales model
• Positive attitude towards achievement
• Great communication, organization, and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of Windows Office, Excel, and Power Point
• Experience working with consumers
• Retail sales and management a plus
• Must have strong customer service skills and be able to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

• Bethel, CT 06801: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Sales or Personal Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
