Now Hiring - Sales Representative in Joplin, MO

I am a Recruiting Agent for an established above ground pool company. We operate in more than 80 markets nationwide. We advertise with commercials on local television channels throughout these markets. Homeowners call into us after seeing our commercials requesting that we send a representative to their home for a presentation of our products. Prior to scheduling their appointment we PRE-APPROVE them for a loan. We will ONLY send you on quality appointments. We ensure that the decision maker(s) will be available at the appointment and we allow you to call and confirm on the day of the appointment, also. We only have a few spots left. Job Responsibilities:

• Attend a 2 ½ day training session in your sales market area. Training is provided at a hotel in your sales market area. If you live more than 50 miles away we will pay for your hotel. Breakfast is provided. You will be responsible for lunch and dinner.
• Must be willing to start this Wednesday or this Sunday, not next week, next month or next year.
• Must have a valid I.D., valid auto insurance and a SS card.
• Must be willing to run 2-3 credit pre-approved appointments per day 6 days a week.
• Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays. You can take off any other day during the week.

Compensation:

• Pitch commission - $25.00 for every product presentation regardless of the outcome. Average $300-$350 per week (12-14 appointments per week).
• Per sale commission: Average $600-$700. If you’re an average closer (which is ok), you’ll close 40-50% of every appointment your run. That is an average of at least $2,400-$4,600 per week.
• BONUS: $150.00 for each sale that is paid with cash. $100.00 for each sale that is paid with financing. Bonuses are paid at the end of the pool season which is August 15th on one big check. If you were to sell 50 pools this season your bonus would be $5,000.00!!!
