We are a small business located in Fairfield County seeking 2 dynamic Sales Professionals for our very busy Westport location. We are a local business that was established in 1999 and we are looking for support for our growing hot tub and kitchen & bath businesses. The "stay at home" has produced unprecedented demand for our products & services - the most we've ever seen in our 22 year history.

Responsibilities include:

· Solid opening, presentation and closing skills

· Maintain a professional, friendly personality

· Detail oriented, outstanding lead management and follow-up

· Participate and contribute in the achievement of sales goals established for the month, quarter and year

· Learn and keep up to date with key industry business knowledge

· Must be able to work Saturdays*

Knowledge and Experience:

· Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

· Dedicated to an excellent customer service experience

· Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft programs – Word, Excel and Outlook

· Strong knowledge of customer relationship management software (e.g., Salesforce) a plus

· Working knowledge of social media and marketing campaigns

· Self-motivated and self-directed individual with a focus on results and problem solving with strong decision-making skills

· Attention to detail and follow-up, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task

Pay: $50,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year
