Job Responsibilities:

• Be a diligent “Hunter” qualify, identify, and close sales opportunities
• Achieve assigned performance metrics…activity and results
• Ability to read/understand construction plans
• Job consists of meeting owners, customers, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors
• Understand Sales and Estimating
• Problem solving skills
• Reports to Sales Manager and follows the directives of said manager
• Excellent decision making, strategic thinking, detail orientated, motivated and driven
• Positive attitude
• Position will require selling/managing work in Lincoln and surrounding areas

Experience:

• Sales background preferred
• Self Sufficient; Must be able to work in an independent environment
• General computer skills are required
• Must have valid driver’s license and successfully pass a pre-employment background check
• Will train the right individual
