Solar and Roofing Sales Consultant (Entry Level to Experienced)

Harness Power is a vertically-integrated and dynamic Solar + Roofing company focused on transforming our nation's energy infrastructure, one home and business at a time. Specializing in residential and commercial installation across the US and Puerto Rico, we have built a robust, nation-wide lead generation program to allow for a smooth transition into solar for newcomers and a lucrative position for salespeople whose skillsets lend best toward this crucial first step in the sales process. Most of our teams, nationwide, need experienced closers, direct sales, or lead generation representatives to help set the stage for a thriving, high quality solar lead generation program in their area. Responsibilities:

· Daily responsibilities differ based upon experience and role from generating and qualifying new customers to closing contracts through zoom and in-home sales presentations

· Represent Harness and our partner companies professionally while helping to raise awareness of solar power in your area

· Ensure a positive and high quality customer experience throughout

· Take part in continuous education and training opportunities to hone your craft

What we look for:

· Prior experience in direct sales or related role; solar, pest control sales, cable network sales, or home automation/security system sales experience a plus

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong work ethic and positive attitude

· Attention to detail

· Experience with commission-based compensation packages a plus

· Knowledge of CRM platforms a plus

· Eagerness to grow and take part in a cutting edge industry

· Ability to create positive and lasting relationships with customers
