Job Description:

We are searching for an outgoing and knowledgeable Inside Tire Salesperson. The successful candidate will have a natural understanding of how to treat customers and employees in order to promote a positive experience for both. A strong work ethic and desire to succeed is top priority in this position. Prior knowledge of the tire industry is desired.

Job Duties:

• Communicate effectively with all customers, associates, and vendors
• Achieve sales objectives
• Ensure a positive and beneficial customer experience
• Perform processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers

Experience and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the tire industry
• 3 years of previous sales experience
• Exceptional customer service
• Ablility to function in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent attendance and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
