Smart Home Security is the fastest growing ADT Authorized Dealer in the Country. We are currently operating in all of VA, MD, KY, NC, SC, PA, OH, AL, GA and IN. As a rapidly growing ADT Dealership, we recently acquired the #2 Solar company in the country, Sunpro Solar. Now, operating as ADT Solar, we are adding to our inside sales division. We are looking for a ADT Solar Inside Business Development Representative Appointment setter to join our team!
We will provide the training, tools, and support system necessary for success if you provide the work ethic!
Total Target Compensation of $40,000 - $45,000 Annually
Schedule starting out: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

Responsibility Overview
The ADT Solar Inside Sales Representative appointment setter will report to the Director of Smart Home Security ADT Solar with the main responsibility of setting 5 to 6 appointments a day. You will be responsible for ensuring a superior customer experience throughout the appointment setting process. We are looking for an aggressive energetic self-driven individual. This position is located at our Smart Home Security headquarters in Raleigh, NC.
Requirements:
· High energy, articulates well on the phone
· Experience with reviewing provided accounts
· Ability to design plans to meet sales targets
· Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
· Successfully achieved daily call goals 150 + dials
· Appointment setting
· Business Development experience
· Marketing Development experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
