Now Hiring - Retail Sales Outside Sales Representative in Knoxville, TN

Guaranteed Supply Company, a leading distributor of construction materials in the Southeast, is seeking a dedicated Outside Sales Representative for our Knoxville, Tennessee location. Some building materials/construction industry knowledge would be great, but not required. If you have a competitive nature and great with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Achieve sales goals by prospecting new leads as well as following up consistently with existing customers.
• Follow industry trends to identify opportunities for new sales.
• Provide support for customer base via emails, inbound and outbound calls, as well as in-person meetings.
• Develop quotes and maintain communication with appropriate departments to determine credit terms and help prepare contracts.
• Maintain a strong sales presence in the field and at the local branch office
• Visit job sites
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• Previous sales or customer service related experience preferred
• Proven organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Able to communicate effectively with architects, business owners, purchasing agents, and contractors

Compensation is base + commission

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
