Requirements for the Insurance Sales Agent:

• 2 years of insurance experience is preferred
• Property and Casualty license is preferred
• Life & Health license is a plus
• Passion for the role insurance plays in helping people manage risk and reduce financial loss
• Must be a team player
• Excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Proactive in problem solving
• Basic computer skills (knowledge with Office 365 a plus)
• Effectively communicate insurance concepts
• Setting insurance review appointments
• Working closely with the senior agent to gain an understanding of the agent’s role and office logistics

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Agent:

• Support the office in all aspects of managing customer accounts
• Respond to customer requests
• Make outbound calls to existing customers
• Assist agents in identifying cross sell opportunities
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• insurance: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
