$600 sign on Bonus after 90 days

Commission Eligible Position

• Possess a basic understanding and knowledge of quality management and control systems;
• Accountable for quoting nonstandard items, participating in marketing programs; incoming calls and assisting with technical calls. Maintaining both current and future accounts assigned/unassigned.
• Communicate with customers, Director of Sales and General Manager regarding requested stock, current pricing, lead times and technical information in a speedy and customer-friendly manner.
• Identifying new and/or additional opportunities. Calling on accounts, as well as current and/or new. Maintaining call logs and activity reports. Discussing with Director of Sales.
• Record and manage customer data; follow-up activities; and opportunities in the CRM or as directed.
• Communicate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure all items ordered have accurate costing, lead times, and minimum order quantities using Mueller tasking system.
• Provide feedback to Director of Sales, General Manager, Engineering and Marketing to improve Mueller Electrics process to reduce errors, time consumed per order, and increased customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
• Experience in an office environment with a strong customer service required with a background in the electronics manufacturing industry desired.
• Extensive experience with industrial sales channels and customers is required: distributors, independent sales representatives, OEMs, users.
• Experience with electromechanical products such as clips, connectors, etc., preferred.
• Strong computer skills such as word processing, spreadsheet, database, and Internet capabilities preferred. Microsoft Office package skills essential; Experience with Sales Force is desired.

Pay: $31,200.00 - $39,500.00 per year
