Now Hiring - Membership Consultant in Sevierville, TN

• Modeling and promoting the Club Rules.
• Partnering with club team to ensure high levels of customer service and a consistently clean club.
• Performing all basic system transactions pertaining to billing and contracts.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with current members on a name to name basis.
• Notifying club management team of any member complaints or grievances and assisting in appropriate response.
• Consistently looking for opportunities to gain new members and elevate service levels.
• Attending sales and training meetings.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Prior sales experience preferred. (Willing to train the right candidate)
• Excellent customer services skills, outgoing, motivational and friendly.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $7.25 - $23.13 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• Sevierville, TN 37862: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
