Weekly Homebuyers List, Inc. has been in business for over 40 years WHBL provides Direct Mail Advertising and Real Estate Data to Business Owners.

This position will be responsible for handling Warm Leads, of business owners that have said yes, they are interested in contacting New Homeowners for advertising purposes. You will achieve sales quotas, by executing sales activities including qualifying warm leads, gaining rapport, consistent follow up, until closing the sale.

You will need to overcome sale objections, sales resistance, sales stalls, and more. This role would require an individual to be proficient in communication, persistence and followup via the telephone. This is a phone sales job, you will be required to be on the phone in a sales capacity. Individuals need to be extroverted, assertive, confident and friendly who gain rapport with owners quickly.

Individuals cannot be afraid to ask for the sale. We are looking for individuals with sales experience, that do not mind handling hundreds of phone calls per day.

Monday-Friday 9:00am-6pm

This position pays $52,000 per year - Plus commissions on Sales Quotas.

A solid, dedicated sales person will make $100,000 + ($52,000 + Commission)
